During implementation and enrollment, Gold Sky Benefits will set up all necessary carrier feeds, online enrollment platforms, design and distribute employee communication, hold on-site and virtual enrollment meetings, make sure all data is in good order, and see the entire process to completion.

Our work doesn’t stop there. Throughout the plan year, our dedicated account managers will support you and your employees with all enrollment, claims, and administrative issues. We will roll out a comprehensive year-round wellness program, including on-site flu shots, chiropractic massages, and financial planning. We will see you through compliance, including Affordable Care Act filings, wrap documents, and all year end reporting. Well before your renewal, we will start planning for the upcoming year evaluating what worked and what could be improved.
